Lie down flat and hold your arms out above you with the dumbbells.
Bending at the elbows, move it down towards your chest while keeping the weights together.

Lie down flat and hold your arms above you with the dumbbell.
Lower your elbows to your sides with the dumbbells apart.
Bench Press
Hold the bar above your chest region.
Slowly lower the bar by bending at the elbows.
Planks
Hold your body off the ground with your arms and feet.
Keep your back straight and body stiff.
Do for as long as you can manage.
